Didn’t really know what to do to book online so messaged via whatsapp. Came back with a quote and then I tweaked it once I know what my plans were. When I landed again they were really good at communicating what I needed to do to get the license and where to pick it up from outside the airport. The bike was near new, loved that the petrol cap wasn’t under the seat so i could get it filled up whilst still sitting. Definitely made the right choice getting a moped over a tuk tuk as the roads are slow and I was able to over take easy. Dropping off was just as easy and was given a ride back to my hotel. They were super responsive, easy to renew our rental, and helped us a few times organise monthly maintenance to keep the scooters in great shape. Both the scooters were in excellent condition and worked perfectly our entire trip. When one side stand got a little loose, NOHA coordinated a mechanic to fix it for us in 5 min. We used these scooters reliably for our full time here. WhatsApp communication was smooth and super fast responses - English was excellent and easy to understand. Payment was so easy. Helmets provided. We had our scooters delivered and collected right from our door. I really couldn’t ask for more. My first driving permit which i got at Columbo airport expired and as we were staying longer in Sri Lanka I needed a new permit . I contacted them by WhatsApp and they were brilliant , answered all my questions and were professional and patient, I sent all the required documents and payment and within a few days my new permit arrived at my accommodation by courier. How to get Temporary Driving License Sri Lanka
